Includes:RV lots are 40’ x 80’ and consists of a 60’x15’ concrete pad with a stamped border, and some have a 8’x9’6" brick patio. The rest of the site is covered with luscious green grass and landscaping. Upgrades can be provided by the Windemere Management Group (fees do apply). Protective covenants exist to ensure uniformity and good relations.
